OSI Systems receives $16 Million award to upgrade airport security checkpoint lanes

OSI Systems, Inc. today announced that its Security division has been awarded a $16 million contract by an international airport to enhance its checkpoint security infrastructure.

This checkpoint lane upgrade includes supplying advanced 920CT screening systems integrated with automated tray return systems (TRS) lanes to streamline security operations.

As part of this award, the Company is also expected to provide multi-year maintenance, service, and support.

Deepak Chopra, OSI Systems’ Chairman and CEO, stated, “This award signifies another milestone in our ongoing commitment to delivering advanced security solutions to this customer.

“Adding our TRS lanes is expected to enhance throughput further, providing a smoother and more efficient passenger screening process.”
