Starting Dec. 2, 2024, through March 28, 2025, Delta will offer nonstop service from Lagos to New York-JFK, as the airline announced double travel options from Nigeria to the United States.
This new service will operate daily in December and January, complementing Delta’s existing daily flights to Atlanta connections to over 120 cities in the United States and beyond.
Delta’s flights from Lagos are operated using Airbus 330-200 aircraft.
Delta has advised all passengers travelling on flights from Lagos to arrive at the airport for check-in no later than 3 hours before departure to overcome airport security screening challenges, particularly with the weighing scales at the close of counters.
This will not guarantee check-in and passengers will be considered late.
